We developed a series of processes to ensure that YOUR dreams for a landscaping project are met, your project is professionally done, and you will be completely satisfied.  

Capital City Landscapes wants your business! But more than that, we want to develop a long-term relationship with you! We use the following process for all jobs, no matter what the size. We do this to make sure that before we turn even one shovelful of dirt on your property, that you are satisfied with every detail of our proposed design, our installation procedures, and the cost.

The first step is to determine what YOU had in mind. If you have some of magazine photos or addresses of landscapes you like, that will help us a lot in visualizing your ideas. 

You might establish a priority list. For example, if you know what plants you want included in your design, write them down. Think about your budget and how much you are able (and willing) to spend. 

Call (402) 560-4579 or Click Here to make an appointment. One of our professional designers will come to your property, discuss your proposed project, make an on-site analysis of the project area, take pictures and gather all the necessary measurements. There is NO CHARGE for this.

When we have the first layout of your design, we will call you to schedule another appointment to meet and review the design. This gives you a chance to see firsthand if the materials, plants, etc. we are proposing are what you want. We will make changes to the design as many times as necessary until you are completely satisfied.  

Presentation appointments are scheduled at YOUR convenience, even if you are only available to meet in the evening or on weekends.  

Along with the design, you will receive a proposal of services and materials broken into as many categories as possible. After you review and approve the proposal, we only require a 25% deposit of the total. Your project is then scheduled!

All projects are installed by a Capital City Landscapes crew. These are OUR employees, NOT sub-contractors hired to do our work. Projects are assigned in the order of signing and deposit. Then the materials and plants for your project are selected, landscape materials ordered, underground utility locations secured, and necessary permits acquired. 

You will receive notice of the start date several days in advance. You need not be home during installation, as any special needs of the crew will be arranged beforehand. You always have availability to your designer if you have any questions

Upon completion of your project, you will receive an invoice for the project proposal that you approved, less the deposit. 

Final payment is due in full, upon completion of your project, and when you are completely satisfied.
